Data Eraser App – Wipe Data Mod

Data Eraser App – Wipe Data Mod is designed to erase photos, files, and folders, with file explorer access for selecting data to remove. The listing describes five data-shredder algorithms and says they overwrite data multiple times; it does not provide further details about how to choose among them or their individual operation.

Selecting photos and other items

The file explorer integration provides access to files and folders so users can select specific items for erasure. For photos, the app description says users can wipe all photos or choose particular ones. This makes selection a documented part of the app’s role: the described options cover both groups of photos and individual items, as well as files and folders.

Data-shredder algorithms

The listing identifies five algorithms as certified and describes their approach as overwriting data multiple times. It presents these as the app’s data-shredding options, but does not name the algorithms or explain their differences. Its claims about secure removal and recovery are promotional statements, not independently established guarantees.

Other information in the listing

The description states that the app can erase data from internal and external storage, including external SD cards. It also claims compliance with European privacy legislation (GDPR). These are claims made in the listing; no additional details about the compliance or storage requirements are provided.
