Free VPN/Proxy Browser for YouTube/etc - South VPN

Free VPN/Proxy Browser for YouTube/etc - South VPN provides browser-based VPN and proxy browsing for accessing websites, YouTube, and other online services. Its main purpose is to give users another way to browse when content is blocked or limited by location, including region-restricted videos and services.

VPN browsing for websites and video services

The app is designed to open a browsing environment with VPN access, so users can visit YouTube and other websites from within the app. The description specifically mentions watching region-locked YouTube videos and accessing restricted streaming websites. It also refers to using the service with games such as Pub Lite when availability differs between regions.

Proxy option for another browsing route

Alongside its VPN function, South VPN offers proxy browsing. The proxy is presented as an additional way to route online activity and provide more anonymity while browsing. The source also states that the browser-based service can be accessed on devices with a web browser, including desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.

Ad-supported availability

The service is described as free to use and supported by advertisements. Ads are presented as the way the service is provided without charging users a fee. The source also says that South VPN uses industry-standard encryption protocols, while noting that no VPN can guarantee complete security.
