GeckoVPN - Free Unlimited VPN

GeckoVPN - Free Unlimited VPN provides a VPN proxy connection for browsing through servers in various countries. Its central tools let users connect to a server, choose a location, and test connection performance. The description also identifies access to blocked websites and geographic restrictions as possible uses, without specifying that every site or location will be accessible.

VPN connection and server locations

The app describes access to hundreds of servers in different countries. Users can select a server location according to their needs, including when they want to try a different geographic location for browsing. A Quick Connect option is also described: it connects to the best available server, rather than requiring users to select a location themselves. The source does not explain how that server is chosen.

The description says the VPN encrypts data and presents this as a privacy and security feature. It does not provide technical details about the encryption or define the protection's limits, so this should be understood as a stated app feature rather than a guarantee of complete privacy or security.

Connection testing and settings

A built-in speed tester lets users test their connection performance. The source does not specify which measurements it displays or how to interpret its results. This tool is presented alongside the VPN connection as a way to check performance, not as a guarantee of a particular speed.

Customizable settings include encryption protocols and server locations. These are the specific controls identified in the description; it does not provide further details about available protocol choices or other settings. Together, server selection, Quick Connect, testing, and these adjustments make up the documented tools for managing the VPN connection.

Support

The app description lists online customer support as available 24/7 for questions or issues. It does not specify contact methods or response times. The description also characterizes the VPN proxy service as free and unlimited; it does not provide further terms or conditions for that claim.
