UltraTap VPN

What UltraTap VPN is designed to do

UltraTap VPN is an Android app from Eva Ultra Studio, listed in the Tools category, that aims to keep an internet connection steady when one network is weak or limited. According to its description, the app uses channel bonding to combine several connections, including Wi-Fi, cellular, Ethernet, tethered phones, Starlink, and satellite links, into a single network path for web traffic.

How connection switching is described

The listing says the app moves web traffic between available connections, which is intended to reduce interruptions such as audio dropouts or video buffering when a phone leaves the range of a Wi-Fi network. The description presents these outcomes as the intended experience rather than as measured results, so readers should treat them as the developer's description and check them against their own network conditions.

Security and encryption

The listing states that the app is built on VPN technologies and uses encryption standards to protect data sent by apps on the device, including activity such as web browsing, online shopping, and streaming. The description does not name the specific encryption methods or mention any independent review, so the security information should be read as the developer's stated design.

Connection priorities and updates

The description says users can set priorities for their internet connections in the settings, based on reliability and speed, so the app can favour the most suitable available link. It also recommends turning on multiple connections, such as Wi-Fi and cellular data, and keeping the app updated to receive later security and performance changes. The version covered by this listing is 1.27.00.05.

Device support and open questions

The listing says the app works with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smart home devices, and that it fits into an existing network setup. The supplied details do not state the minimum Android version, pricing, required permissions, offline behaviour, or whether every connection type is available on every device. Those points should be checked on the store listing before installing.
