Author24 - Experts Marketplace

Author24 - Experts Marketplace helps users request academic assistance and business writing services from a marketplace of teachers, professors, tutors, and other experts. The app brings request submission, expert selection, communication, order tracking, payment, and customer support into one service.

Requesting help from experts

Users can place a request for support with an essay, research paper, academic assignment, or business writing task. After submitting a request, they can choose from available experts with different backgrounds, including educators and tutors from various institutions. A rating system provides information to consider when selecting the person for a particular request.

Communication and order management

Author24 provides direct communication with the selected expert, without an intermediary between the two parties. This gives users a way to discuss the request through the app. Order management tools help users follow their requests, while notifications provide updates about progress.

Payments and support

The app includes a straightforward payment process for ordered services. Customer support is also available to assist with issues or concerns related to using the service. Together, these functions support a workflow that begins with requesting help and continues through expert selection, communication, order updates, and payment.
