Autotask LiveMobile gives managed service providers mobile access to service calls, tickets, tasks, appointments, and related Autotask business information. It is designed for checking current work and entering updates directly into Autotask while away from a desk.

The app provides access to service calls, tickets, and tasks with real-time updates. This lets users review the work associated with their managed service operations and keep track of items that require attention from a mobile device.

Manage appointments and to-dos

Autotask LiveMobile supports appointment scheduling and to-do creation. Users can add appointments or record new to-dos when they arise, helping them keep scheduling and follow-up items together with their other Autotask work.

Record time from a mobile device

Time can be entered into Autotask through the app. This provides a way to record time while working away from a desktop and keeps those entries connected to the Autotask system.

Find account and contact information

The app includes search and access for account and contact information. This gives users a way to look up the details associated with their work while on site or otherwise away from their usual workstation.

Access levels and updates

Autotask PSA users receive read-only access to their data without activating a LiveMobile license. A LiveMobile license is required when users need to update Autotask PSA from the mobile app, including entering information and managing supported work items.
