PCGS Set Registry

PCGS Set Registry is an Android app for organizing PCGS-graded coin collections, adding coins to sets, and comparing completed sets with other collectors. It is designed for collections ranging from rare to modern U.S. coins and combines record keeping with set-oriented collecting tools.

What can you manage in the collection?

The app lets you keep PCGS-graded coins together in one collection and upload images for visual reference. Coin records can include purchase dates, prices, values, comments, and notes, while details can be edited as the collection changes. The app also supports updating sold statuses and recording buyer information for coins that have been sold.

Which sets and collecting activities are supported?

PCGS Set Registry provides an extensive selection of sets for U.S. coin collectors. Coins can be added to relevant sets, and collectors can compete with other numismatists for the best sets. This makes the app useful both for maintaining a personal inventory and for following progress within a defined collecting goal.

How can coins be added or checked?

A Quick Add feature uses PCGS certification verification codes to help add coins. Barcode scanning can be used to determine potential upgrades, and the included U.S. coin database can autofill coin details. These tools reduce the amount of information that must be entered manually when a coin is added or reviewed.

What information does the app help preserve?

Along with images and set placement, the app keeps collecting notes and transaction-related details in the coin records. This gives collectors a way to maintain descriptive, valuation, purchase, and sales information alongside their PCGS-graded coins.
