Sobriety Counter - EasyQuit

Sobriety Counter - EasyQuit is designed to help people track their progress toward an alcohol-free life. It offers two approaches to quitting, a set of tools for measuring progress in daily life, and features meant to help redirect attention during moments of urge. The app's listing describes it as a way to begin a sobriety journey, whether a person prefers to stop immediately or reduce intake over time.

Choosing how to quit

The app includes an immediate quitting option and a "Quit Slowly" mode. The listing says the slower mode follows a customized plan and sends reminders intended to ease the body into quitting drinking gradually. This allows a user to pick a method that fits their situation rather than following a single fixed path.

Tracking health, savings, and milestones

A countdown timer tracks changes in various aspects of health as the sobriety period continues. A savings tracker shows how much money has been kept by not drinking, and users can set a personal treat to reward themselves with that amount. Earned badges mark sobriety milestones, and the listing notes that progress can be shared with loved ones.

Motivation, reminders, and distraction

Users can write down their own reasons for quitting, and the app presents those reasons again each day as reminders. For moments of craving, a memory game is included to draw attention away from the urge to drink. Visual customization is available through a range of themes, which lets the app's appearance be adjusted to personal preference.

Privacy

The listing states that the app prioritizes user privacy and does not require sensitive information to be used. Users who want to understand what data the app handles in detail should review the privacy information provided by the app's publisher.
