Petro-Canada

Overview

Petro-Canada brings fueling, rewards, and selected vehicle services together in one Android app. Users can pay at the pump with Google Pay or a stored credit card, start a fueling session by selecting a pump and fuel type, and collect Petro-Points with purchases. The app also supports redeeming points for gas, eGift cards, and other options. A station locator helps find nearby Petro-Canada locations, while in-app controls can activate available car wash and vacuum services. For customers who regularly visit Petro-Canada stations, these tools provide a single place to handle payments, rewards, and selected services.

What You Can Do

⭐ Pay at the pump: Use Google Pay or a credit card stored in the app to pay during a fueling visit.

⭐ Start a fueling session: Select the relevant pump number and fuel type directly in the app to begin fueling.

⭐ Earn and redeem Petro-Points: Collect Petro-Points when making purchases and redeem them for gas, eGift cards, and other available rewards.

⭐ Combine loyalty benefits: The source states that Petro-Points can be stacked with the Canadian Tire Triangle Program and RBC for additional benefits.

⭐ Activate vehicle services: Use the app to activate car wash and vacuum services when they are available at the station.

⭐ Find nearby stations: Use the station locator to look for Petro-Canada locations near you.

Using the App

The app is designed around a station visit. Before fueling, users can manage a stored credit card or choose Google Pay, then select their pump number and fuel type to start the session. After a purchase, Petro-Points can be collected and later used for supported redemption options. The same app also provides access to car wash and vacuum activation, reducing the need to handle each service separately. Its card-management tools keep payment options available for future visits, while the station locator can help users identify a nearby location.
