VIZ Manga

A library of series and creators

VIZ Manga helps readers discover and read manga from a range of genres in one app. Its listed series include Komi Can't Communicate, Uzumaki, Inuyasha and Nana, with examples spanning horror, romance, fantasy, comedy and drama. The library also features work by creators such as Junji Ito, Rumiko Takahashi, Taiyo Matsumoto and Kazuo Umezz. Readers can use the range of titles and genres to explore unfamiliar series as well as find works they already enjoy.

Following chapter releases

The app describes new chapters for its series as releasing on the same day as in Japan, and says the latest chapters are available for free. Checking the app for new chapters and series additions is one way to keep up with its changing selection. These release details describe the app's stated offering; they do not establish that every series receives a chapter on the same schedule.

Keeping favorite manga together

VIZ Manga includes collections for organizing favorite series. A reader can group titles there for easier access and return to them for rereading. This organization feature complements browsing across genres: readers can discover a series in the library and keep preferred titles together for later. The supplied information describes collections as a way to organize manga, but does not specify further collection controls or reading settings.
